•        We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

•        Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

•        We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

•        All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order on crisply.us constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when:

•        You receive an order confirmation email from us, AND

•        Your payment has been successfully processed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

•        Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

•        Errors in product description or pricing

•        Inability to fulfill the order due to stock or supplier issues

 

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

•        We ship to addresses within the United States only.

•        Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

•        Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

•        Defective items will be replaced at no cost — no return required

•        Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of approval
